That's Mansquito!
(It was later on changed to mosquito man but I'll never call it that.)

It’s my favorite scifi channel original movie and is unbearable, but my DVD collection couldn’t go without. I love this kind of stuff. <3

Yeah I know the feeling, I bought the Streetfighter Movie for 2 bucks at a hnad me down store....I still can't believe they got Raul Julia to play Bison, he died right after too. How'd you like that piece of crap on your soul? Maybe I'll check out Mansquito on a "bad movie" night.
